Only for FIDE-rated events. Kingside students can request help with FIDE ID registration from the front desk at least three weeks before the event.
Rapid and blitz: 15 minutes. Classical: 30 minutes. Arriving after the default time loses the game.
Phones must be switched off and kept in bags away from the board. A phone found on a player loses the game, as per FIDE Laws.
Full refund up to 7 days before the event; 50% up to 48 hours before. No refunds after pairings are published.
Buchholz Cut 1, then Buchholz, then Sonneborn-Berger, then direct encounter.
